Help please! Broken Chick wing

One of my chicks, give or take 10 weeks old, just got attacked by a smaller dog.
Has a small puncture wound right where the wing is attached on right side. Not bleeding just small wound.
My main concern is I'm positive the dog also broke his wing.
It's droopy and unable to move it/ fly

What can I do? I obviously don't want it suffering. Will it heal? Or do I need to cull? This is the first time in 2 years of raising chickens, having an injury.

No poultry vets close. Let alone on a Sunday, so that is not an option until at least tomorrow.

I will attach a splinting manual, shows how to do a figure 8 wrap to splint a wing and support it. And other methods if the wing bone is broken farther down. I would flush out the puncture (any open wounds) with sterile saline or diluted chlorhexidine (hibiclens) and put some plain triple antibiotic ointment into and over the puncture, to hopefully prevent infection. Reapply that as needed.
