Help Please! Chick has bad legs

My chicked hatched out last night and seems to not be able to walk. It looked like it was stuck to the bottom of the incubator by it's stomach, but was fine. It's legs, though, are stretched right out in front of it and can't stand up. It's like it has no use of it's legs. help please!

Do a search here for splayed leg, that should give you some info.

It's legs aren't spread out though, they are stuck straight towards its head. When it tries to get up, it wobbles back and forth, kicking with its wings goin crazy...

It's starting to get on its feet a little now, but its still wobbly... any suggestions?
