Help please..chick hatched this morning not sure if injury from momma or not

Hello! We have 5 babies we took from momma...we aren't sure if she injured this baby or if it has deformity that will close up....baby is less than 1 day...its a wound under wing...I applied some silver honey and we have baby in on a heating pad isolated from the others....what else can be done? Baby does get up and walk around a bit....no blood just from the ointment
