Help please! chick trying to hatch 24 hours!

16 eggs on day 22. 1 egg pipped at 7:30 last night. Began zipping around 7:00 tonight. Was about 3/4 around, heard last chirp around 11:30. Membrane looks like it is dried out. Read not to intervene. No others have pipped. Humidity reading 67% temp 100. What do I need to do/change? Is there anything to do? How long should it take for an egg to hatch once it pips? once it begins to zip?

IN that particular situation, I'd help. It may be the only chick you get.

I've seen zipping take up to three hours. I've seen pips that didn't zip for a day and a half.

I did help, but too late. I hear another chick, so I guess at least one is still alive. What should humidity be???? Is that why this is happening? The membrane was tough/dried out. How long should the zipping take? How long from pip to zip and from start of zip to out?????
