Help Please! Chicken can not stand up and has yellow diarrhea

Sorry for your loss. Yellow stools sometimes can mean E.coli infection such as in egg yolk peritonitis, and sometimes it can be from blackhead disease, even though most chickens don't get it. She may have been just severely immune-supressed, and this can happen with intestinal diseases, worms, and of course, Mareks. Please give us an update when you have necropsy results because it really can inform us.

I'm so sorry :-( hopefully you find out what caused it and can stop it spreading any further. You did everything you could, and more, for her.

Thank you all. I am taking fecal samples tomorrow to my vet so he can see what all to treat for. He said could be also different types of worms or coccidia or something like that he said. I should have those tests back by tomorrow evening and can start meds then...
Will update when I get the info back from UC Davis..

I am so very sorry.....

Thank you. The vet said he will have the fecal results this evening and hopefully I will get the meds this evening to start it. I don't know if I am now paranoid or what but I thought another one was a little "off" earlier...I will watch and see.
I need to also find out if there is something I can give them to euthanize them as painless as possible if it comes to that with any of them. I do not want them suffering if it gets to the point of no return. I am not one tho that could do the neck breaking or whatever they call that...I prefer some pills or drops to put them to sleep..
I will look later and see if there is already a thread on here for that.
Thanks again..

The preliminary report showed a few things so far. Round worms, emaciated, crop is severely filled with corn (I just posted a question about this) and they are running other tests and will follow up with me on those findings.
