Help, please! Day 29, duckling internally pipped and moving but no external pip! What to do?

We've had 5 healthy, beautiful mallard-type ducklings hatch out of 10 eggs so far. The remaining eggs in the incubator have no external pips. I candled them, and they all seem to be quitters.

Except 1! There was a little bill waving around in the air cell. But there is no external pip yet. We made a tiny safety hole over the air cell. What should we do now? Wait longer? Or provide more assistance? I am not sure when he internally pipped. I'm a nervous wreck.

Wait. Ducks take forever to hatch. Sometimes 3 days or more. You will do
More harm than good if you open it up. Every time I had intervened with duck hatches i always regretted it. Just needed more time.

Thank you, it had passed away by this morning . It seemed very weak inside the egg. Fortunately we have 5 healthy ducklings to enjoy from this hatch.
