HELP please!! eggs hatching too early in bator!

these eggs are supposed to hatch on thursday but their hatching today. they are regular sized eggs. one chick that has already tried to hatch died and there is this red stuff that came out of the egg as it was trying to hatch, now a second one is also trying and its "bleeding" too. there are two more that have managed one peck at the shell and aren't moving and one more is wiggling and chirping. what should i do??? will they all die???

When you have early hatches, you might not be able to do much about your current batch, but adjust your temp in your incubator down by a half degree. I usually have the opposite issue, and bring my temps up a bit to get them to hatch on time. Not a big adjustment, but a half degree might help your next batch last a little longer.
