Roosters I have.
Black Cochin Banty
Buff Orphinton Banty
I was wondering if black is the dominant gene. Because So far I have had 3 buffs and 4 or 5 blacks. Also if my BO bred a feather footed hen will the babies have A. Clean Legs, B. Feathered Legs, or C. Slightly Feathered Legs. Other question. Will my BC produce a buff if maybe 3-5 of his neck feathers are buff? Help Please

Foot feathers X clean legged should give foot featehrs, but usually not as well feathered. There are 3 separate genes involved in foot feathering.

Black X buff is a hard one because there are a number of "recipes" for buff, and black has 5 separate alleles--which ones are present in each bird will make a significant difference.

In general, I would expect to see either black offspring or buffs with black in wings and tail, and possily elsewhere. Sorry not to give a better answer, but it is too dependant on the genotype of each parent.

305 of his neck feathers

sorry but i think that sounds really funny!

Sounds like your BC is not pure, probably carrying Wheaten. Mate him to the Buff hens and maybe you will get some Wheaten/Buffish chicks.

Oh and the hens are banty faverolles, milly and porcelain d uccles, white cochins, and standard ee'z or ameraucanas.

rusty hackle feathers are no garantuee for having non-extended-black genes like wheaten. This rustiness can be due to lack of melanizers.
It is not the wheaten leaking through as is often said.
