Help please Guinea / chickens

My son and I are planing to build a new chicken run . We are thinking 100'x30' or 100'x 50' not counting a 20'x20' nesting / roosting area .I have 5 guineas I got last spring 2020 I think I may have 3 males I'm sure I have at least 2 hens .I also have several chickens standered size and bantam several breeds .I call it my layer flock. I want to do 1 -2 rounds of 40-50 meat birds Cornish crosses some people call them sea monsters about 8 wk grow time for each run . Is this doable in the new space along with my existing flock

How many chickens do you have? Several could be anything between 5 and 50

mare you trying to figure out of your guinea fowl will get along with your chickens? Are they together now?
