Help please - head tilt

I noticed a couple of days ago that my RIR hen seemed to be holding her head slightly to one side, none of the other have this problem? Over the last couple of days it seems to be getting worse, we had a silky once that got a sudden wry neck sort of thing but she just went completely twisted very suddenly, that isn't happening this time. Any ideas?
I gave her grated carrot and a vitamin e capsule should this be ok?

I'd give a combination of good B vitamins. water soluble. some that are readily absorbed by the body. I recommended vita pro B. you can get this from First State Vet supply. its a combination of B vitamins. it is a great product. I really like it. you can also get her vitamin containing B6 its called pyridoxine. she will need these vitamins to help her condition. a good multi vitamin might do the trick just make sure it contains your B6 and E. I really like the vita pro b. take a look at it from first state vet. along with your E . hope she gets better soon! just make sure and give the vita pro B or a good multi vitamin . good luck to you! hope this helps . with a good vitamin regiment hopefully she will be better soon!
