Help please! Huge soft lump on the back end of one of my hens.

If they have vent gleet can they get over that? I am familiar with candida. I have a frequency machine that I use on horses and it kills microbes including fungus. I could try the machine on them. lol Also, would a apple cider vinegar soak help? Could I flush the vent with diluted apple cider vinagar and probiotics?
 
Yes, it's the same thing. Epsom salts are great for soaks to the vent. White vinegar 1 ounce in 8 ounces of water vent flush are done sometimes when an egg breaks inside the vent to prevent infection. I'm not sure about doing this for vent gleet.
