HELP!!!! PLEASE IF YOU have any suggestions

So today my chicks were out in thier run while my big chickens were out and about. the fence blew over and one got out and now its whole back of its head is bloody and is about the size of a quarter
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO WILL BE APPRICATED!!!!!!!

Spray it with blue kote, that will keep out the infection and keep others from pecking it.

Thank you so much! Should I be worried because it is so close to her head? Well actually on her head. Can chickens get concussions? My big chickens were pecking her so, or brain damage?
UPDATE: standing, eating, drinking (on her own) but still isn't quite her normal self

You wouldn't be yourself either if an object the size of a truck hit you in the head!! Hope she recovers quickly!
