Help please!! Injured Hen, possible bumble foot or scaly leg?

Hello, I'm new here!
I noticed a few days ago my one hen was limping pretty bad, when I examined her foot I noticed a couple sores on it. I cleaned up the wound and bandaged it up. She can't put any weight on it now. I'm really not sure exactly what the problem is. It doesn't really look like bumblefoot to me. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong and what the remedy is?

If it's not a blown out regular injury like she got attacked or a stick through her foot or something I would assume it's bumblefoot
