Help please- more about the egg

One of my duck eggs at 24 days dropped of my a counter and cracker I used glue but and it was still alive for a bit I have seen movement for around 16 hours I think and it looks like an air bubble had gotten in the membrane.
Should I take to out of the incubator so it doesn’t affect my other eggs?

I would leave it in there. It won't affect the other eggs in the time it takes for them to hatch.

I’ve heard of bacteria spreading to an egg with a crack to other eggs, I just don’t want that to be a possibility with 3-4 days for them to start hatching

If you want to take it out you can, of course. I would minimize opening the incubator at this point.

With only 3-4 days to go, I don't believe there will be an issue.

No, it'll be fine. Leave it in. That's only if a cracked egg goes unpatched for the whole incubation process and rots.
