Help please!! My young turkey is acting strange

Hi! I have a 3 month old turkey polt and she’s very lethargic. She’s eating and drinking but other than that she just wants to sleep. She runs away when I go in ther but other that that she sleeps. It was a tad bit cold last night, but other than that nothing changed. What could this be? I’m so worried

She’s only been out a few times, for a short period of time. She ate some grass, but not yesterday and only a little bit today

She normally stays in a run with a dirt s/ pine straw floor

Turkeys before winter can easily get worms and you can check her poop to Confirm she has worms

I am bringing her in for the night so she doesn’t get cold. I’m putting on some electrolyte water and worming her tomorrow
