Help! Please! Older hen with access???

Hi! I have a 4 to 5 year old light Brahma with an abscess/tumor on her cheek? It's causing her to have trouble eating and also her left eye is swollen shut. She allows me to hold her and look in her beak....there is a solid yellow "stuff" I can extract....but there is also a solid mass of tissue I cannot extract/drain? She is eating and drinking relatively normal...
In your opinion Is it cancer or abcess?
