Help please Picked on

I have a 4 week old chick that is not eating and just sits or stands facing the wall of her tote. She was being picked on by her hatch mates as well.
I have her on a heating pad for warmth. Feed and a little sugar water to try to give some energy. It just won't hardly move.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Baby B complex crushed and diluted in water will help with energy. Feed with a dropper if she doesn't drink on her own

They're all safe. The fda regulates the supplement industry. Look in the dollar stores, Walmart, grocery stores etc.
