The ones with longer tails seem pullety. The one in the single pic you posted by itself seems to be the only one suspicious, and the pic is too little to be sure.

I don't know about this breed either, but I would think at 15 weeks if any were a rooster you would be able to tell for sure by now. My RIR roo was obviously different from the girls waaay before 15 weeks. More like 6 weeks, we new he was a roo. Here he is at 16 weeks:

The one in the foreground in the 4th pic looks like a roo..the other looks like a pullet.

i do believe that your Cochin mix are pullets they should be crowing by now if was a roo. the rir is hard for me to tell maybe a roo because of the big red bred
