HELP please! poorly chick

i got two chicks which i hatched from my own flock of LS the one has a watery/sticky eye.

what can i do should i bath it with warm water or what they are just over a week old now.

Rinse with saline solution, like an eye wash or contact solution. YOu can try that a few times a day and see how that goes.
