HELP PLEASE!!! Problem with 10 day old chick.

One of our 10 day old Buff Orpington chicks has been having trouble walking for the past few hours. When she does try to stand and take a few steps, she falls over onto her side. She seems disoriented, I'm not sure if chicks get disoriented but that's the best way I can describe what I'm visually seeing. I picked her up so I could take a good look at her and I can't visably see anything wrong with her. I took her out of the main brooder and put in one by herself, along with one of our more quiet chicks to keep her company because everytime she would fall over, the other chicks would gang up on her and start pecking at her.

I'm really concerned about her. If anybody possibly knows what is happening or has experienced this before, I really need some advice about what to do. Any information would be so greatly appreciated. I feel like we've come so far in 10 days and I really would hate to lose one of my babies.

I'm so sorry. How is the chick's eating, drinking and pooping? Do you have any electrolyte solution for her to drink like Save a Chick? More details would help. My fingers are crossed for you. Make sure you post this in the injuries and illness forum as well.
