HELP PLease! Pullet

My Pullet looks have a patch behind her neck where it looks like the skin came off? There are some feathers there but they look as if the skin melted on it? I dont think that she was attacked but I dont know for sure. There was never any sign of blood or feathers anywhere...I inspect and observe my flock several times a day. In two small places she seems to have some oozing of clear fluid...like rain drop size. It almost looks as if she was burned in that spot, but i KNOW its not that.

C an you share a bigger picture. Are you sure you don't have bad teens in your area trying to be "funny"? Poor baby! I hope you can get some help here! I wold put some neosporin on it.

Could it be a chemical burn from maybe battery acid from a lawn mower battery?
