HELP please! Quail bleeding from butt?

Get her clean, make sure she's warm. Can you give us a picture?
Hi. Of course, I medically cared for the quail and separated the first quail from the others. But again, the two quails have bloody butt. I am attaching a picture of a quail butt before cleaning them. All quails have the same injury. I think it’s to blame that the eggs are too big (they’re above average). Is it possible that this is to blame? A few days ago, we give them treats mealworm, which have a huge amount of protein. Of course we don’t give them to them now, is there a possible cause that their anus is torn due to oversized eggs? And then the other quail smell the blood and they attack and make the wound bigger. Other quails that are healthy have little blood on their beaks.

I note that there is blood in the picture. So please do not open the attachment if you are sensitive.

Thanks for your help.

That definitely doesn't look good. That doesn't look like prolapse. Is a vet an option? @007Sean might know if this is disease or injury.
Hi. It looked worse in the picture than it is. The wound healed nicely and looks like it just tore butt, of course because of the eggs. I am attaching a picture of eggs hatched by my quail.
