Help please!!! Roo or Pullet

This is my almost three week old Splash Maran. It's the biggest chick of all that I got, and to me, I see a roo. Just wanted opinions from other people (I realize it's still very young) but I live in the city and cannot have roosters. Thanks.

I can't see comb color. Do you have a picture in natural light?

Still have trouble setting color, but guessing cockerel. Time will tell
