Help please! Rooster is wheezing and having breathing difficulties

Hello! My neighbor's pet rooster, Brewster, is having a hard time breathing. They were on vacation for ten days and when they got back, he was wheezing really bad.
I took a video to show you all, but I accidentally deleted it.

Brewster is eating, drinking, and moving around just fine. He seems strong and his comb and wattles are bright red, like they should be. He did try crowing but nothing came out. This is their favorite rooster, and I would hate for him to get worse. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks!

He could possibly have something stuck in his throat or crop. I recommend giving him an eyedropper or two of olive oil orally. Then gently and slowly massage his throat downward past his crop for several minutes. He will either pass or puke whatever is stuck.
