My 3 mon old runner hen was fine this morning but this even when they where let out she hung back slept a lot and really didn't interact with the others she stands around sometimes proofing up a bit. Put everyone up before dark she real sluggish and makes this weak whimpering noise. I gave her nutri drench by mouth but she's not drinking water brought her in w/ her sis who she is really close with. She had one really tiny poop so far. Was thinking it could b something she's eat. I have charco caps not sure on how to mix or give this to her any help is greatly appreciated.

Marsha seems better this morning I got up with her overnite and she begin to drink water and nibbled a few mealworms. She doesn't appear to have lost weight fixing her a boiled egg now that's her favorite and she eat some Cheerios with more water a few mins ago. She seems in better spirits more vocal. Didn't give the charco to her last night I had a ratio of 3 capsules to 1 quart of water and wasn't sure if that was correct here's a pic of my charco caps is this the right stuff

she's such a laid back and gentle lady it's hard to tell if she 100% back to norm! I had a crested girl to act similar 6 wks ago but Snowball stayed zoned out for a day but still drank a bit and I think her case was neurological. Marsha acted as if she just felt bad and wanted to sleep. I researched older post on here a lot of opinions are if it was toxins the animal goes down quickly and usually passes with in 12-16hrs. So it puzzles me b/c she does seem a lot better today. Thanks for any help.

The egg was a no go but she is drinking her water with electrolytes. Earlier she was active now she's tired and wants to sleep. Should I syringe the charco mix just to be safe?

If it's the only water she has to drink and she is drinking then I'd wait on syringe, too easy for it to go down the wrong pipe.

Thank you for the help by Wednesday Marsha was feeling a lot better. The charco caps and vita water must have done it. I'm so thankful shes back to herself.
