However possible, please provide pictures or a video to help us better determine what's going on. Anything with a chick being unable to stand,walk and or is jerking around sounds neurological at this point and with her age.

They are dust bathing... The trill she is making could be a 'sleepy cozy' trill, ot maybe they see something that they're unsure of. But to me that sounds like sleepy trill. Nothing abnormal here.

Sounds like a happy chicken noise and they are dust bathing. That’s normal for chicks to do
