HELP PLEASE SICK 8-week old CHICKEN YELLOW POOP

One of my 8week old chicken is sick yesterday i saw her in the corner not moving at all and did not run when i reached over to get her she has lost her appetite she drinks only when i put a little bowl of water in front of her face but does not eat and she has yellow poop i don't know whats wrong can someone tell me how to treat her
