Hmmm...one of his knee joints looks a little big, it's hard to tell. Maybe something got down into the joint (or maybe he just hurt it). Check under his feathers above the knee. Then compare his knees. Look for scabs, swelling, a hot joint.

I noticed some of these chicken illnesses can go down into the joint (mycoplasma for instance). It's something to consider but I'd just keep doing what you're doing. Maybe he just got a little over exhuberant!! He looks like a busy ladies man!

Yea he hops on a leg or just walks really slow now, every time he runs he falls..
