HELP PLEASE! Temp and Humidity Gauge Help

These cheap temp/hgrometers don't agree, and I calibrated them, too. I have eggs due to go in tonight! Where can I find a more accurate one locally? Pet store?

Yikes, that's a big difference!

I use the digital probe thermometers that you can pick up in pet stores and find them to be accurate. I use Zoo Med brand, you can get them in the reptile section.

For my hygrometer, I use an Accurite brand that shows both temp and humidity (they're pretty accurate on temp too but don't show tenths so I don't use them as my primary thermometers) that can be picked up at Walmart.

They are a lot closer now making me wonder if some of it is the incubator.

Is your incubator a still air? If so there definitely could be different temperatures in different areas, but the humidity would still be roughly the same everywhere in there.
