Help please (turkey disease)

I have one turkey that always had his left cheek a little bit swollen, but three weeks ago his right cheek also started to swell, and now both are swollen and red. Does anyone know what can be?

Had to put his head in the netting to get a good picture, because he wouldn't stop for a second.

Looks like a sinus infection..... common respiratory illness in Turkey. He will need shots of Tylan 50 and take a syringe w/needle and drain the fluid out of the lumps. If it is filled with hard puss, the lumps will have to be sliced open and the puss ball removed, saline wash out the incision and apply neosporin etc, to the wound .... Some illnesses are spreadable to the other turkeys.
