I wonder if pot belly pigs could do that to one? We do have 2 that also free range and hang out with the chickens.

Could be, maybe one of them has developed a taste for feathers, they do have a lot of protein in them.

It was actually on the other side of the barn. Getting some new win and today to put up at the barn so we have video.
Every single person we ask says it’s someone with scissors but I know for a fact it’s not.

I have to agree with everyone else, this looks 100% like it was done by a human. I've never seen any animal that can cut that precisely, especially all in a row like that.

Even if it was a hawk, or a pig I would think it would just be maybe 2-3 feathers cut like that. This has to be someone with scissors or a tool of some kind. So sorry this is happening to you.
