Help please what to do urgently

6 of my eggs hatched yesterday, there is one left that hasn't pipped but it's tweeting. That's been over 24 hours now since they started hatching. I made a tiny hole in this egg and put it back in the incubator and increased the humidity, but still nothing. I'm just waiting now.....not sure what to do......
