Help please!

Hi everyone I'm new here. This is our first time raising chicks. I had done a lot of research prior to getting any and decided on the breeds I wanted. I was lucky (so I thought) to find local people who provided a Welsummer and an Ameraucana. However they aren't growing to look like they're supposed to. The more I learn the more I realize I might've been duped. Here is a pic of what I was told was an Americauna:

And here is the one I was told was a Welsummer:

Both look to be Easter Eggers to me. Are both pullets though.

The first bird is an Easter egger, often sold as an Ameraucana.

The second may be an EE, or she may be a mixed breed. Hard to say for sure from that pic, but you'll tell when she starts laying.

Thank you! Both are supposed to be pullets yes. Arg.. And the first was from a reputable breeder maybe not so reputable. The second was from a feed store who said they had welsummers for sale and we were told she was one :/

Sorry you didn't get what you were told they were. Up side is they are both pullets. Which would be much easier to sell if you don't want to keep them.
