Help please

Morning I'm looking for a little advice my beautiful Ginger has decided to have some chicks so we let her keep her eggs she has been pinching others tho and is sitting on 21 now , this morning we are at day 20 from the first lot laid im a novice pls be kind , and thought i would let her do her thing, the other chooks go in there to, this morning i went to check up on her and there was a little one deceased the egg still attached to its face not sure what has gone on tho as the other chooks can get near her I would love some advice pls thanks so much

Separate her from the other birds because they can kill Chicks ..I generally let my Hens hatch in privacy and introduce back to the flock once Chicks are up and running good at 3 to 5 days. Provide feed and water close.
