Help please!

Did you get all the pus out?
Leave the eye uncovered. Flush the eye and apply your ointment 2-3 times a day.

Does she have a rotten smell too?
Any of that cheesy material inside the beak too?
We tried the best we could, I was with her in the garage until 2:30 in the morning. I was scared she was going to have too much trauma and go into shock if we continued.... got like 80-90 percent out and then put triple antibiotic on. She seems ok this morning... should I start attempting to get the rest out?

Yes, I would start working on getting the rest out. It may take a few days of working on her, let her rest in between. You are doing good!

Does she have any other symptoms at all?

She seems very lethargic today :( puffed out and not very active... I’m scared I caused more damage
Can you post some updated photos of what she looks like now?
Do you have any poultry vitamins like Poultry Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell? I would direct dose her at 1 cc per 3 pounds of weight.

Any other symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, difficulty breathing, mucous or cheesy pus inside the beak? IF she were mine, I would start her on antibiotics - do you have anything on hand?
