Hello! I’m on day one of incubating shipped quail eggs. I let them rest bottoms up for a while, and use a turner in my incubator so I also set them in the incubator turner bottoms up when they were ready for incubation. As I was candling them to make sure they were doing alright, I noticed that one of the eggs had the air sack at the pointy top of the egg and it was moving a bit, and the yolk was stuck on the bottom side of the egg. PLEASE HELP?!?

Eggs are often damaged during shipping. Sometimes these eggs develop and hatch; sometimes just the opposite happens. Treat it as a regular egg and hope for the best. Good luck!

By bottom side, I'm hoping you mean the rounded end.
