Help PLEASE

I have eggs in the bator and I have one chick in there that has piped and piped enough that all i can see is his beak and he keeps talking to the rest of the chicks that have hatched is this normal or do i need to help this chick out of the egg??

I am not quite worried yet. but when i wake up tomorrow and it is still in there then i might be a little worried about him or her, what ever she might be

Give it time. I just had one take about 30 hours from pip to hatch and it was fine.

Go shopping, read a book, distract yourself or it will drive you nuts. It will happen if it is going to. Good luck...
