Sunday was 21 days of incubation. Yesterday 5 eggs hatched. Overnight 1 more hatched. I tried candeling the remaining eggs. 2 have movement and an internal pip. Do I just let them be. FYI I couldn’t see in the others as the shells are dark.

Just let them be, maybe the incubator was running low.

If you have a cool spot they may hatch days later. If it is only a couple checking for life every 24 hours is a good idea (movement on candling, new pips or bigger cracks, egg moves or you can hear something inside shell, you can see moving membranes or bill in hole). If you are 36 hours since the last chick hatched and still no pips or progress and are getting no other signs of life by other methods, I will water candle (float egg in 100F water and watch for wiggling or bobbing, a still egg is dead) but this is only a last resort and only on eggs with no pips, cracks or holes or you will drown the chick (candle, feel, visually examine entire egg with auxiliary light). Some sadly never hatch but you can’t run the incubator for a month on a dud egg in case it might hatch.
