Is this bumblefoot? To me it's almost like a blister that popped and now there dirt under

The best way to find out is to soak the foot in warm Epsom salts or just very mild soap water for a few minutes, then inspect it. What is on the toe looks like something too. Your photo gets blurry when blown up so can't take a good look at it, but I think soaking it should clean it up if it is indeed dirt there.
