2 of my chickens have this scab over the hard part of the bone in their breast area. They also both have bumblefoot that I am trying to treat. I just started them on antibiotics…is this a breast blister ? Staph infection?

The scab I took out of one of them is huge like over an inch long and hardened. I peeled it off and it’s dry..I put neosporin on it but not sure if it’s going to help. At this point is the puffy part you see localized staph? had the bumblefoot staph somehow got in that area? Below are pics… What should I do and how should I treat this? Both chickens do not have feathers in this area and are bald there. The one with the bigger hole in the pic she is pretty heavy lady… I guess the combo of them being bald there might of made it easier for it to get infected. What could this be? I clean their coop everyday! Any help would be appreciated

The pic with my hands is from the smaller scab as I do not have the one from the bigger one.

I agree with you, it looks like Breast Blister.
You'll probably have to remove the pus in order for it to heal.

Thank you Wyorp Rock. After applying the neosporin overnight, this morning the cheesey yellow scab looked like it wanted to come out. I think it softened it or something.. After touching it, it seemed like it loosened and I was able to pull it out easily and flushed it with vetricyn poultry spray and more neosporin. I have applied vet wrap. She’s continuing antibiotics. Praying she heals and recovers 🙏

Oh good!
I'm glad you were able to get the pus out, hopefully it will heal up.

Keep me posted.
