great now that I got your attention, will someone PLEASE answer my question: does anybody know if you are allowed to have quail in vancouver BC, and if so, how many?
sorryabout the scare, but when i posted "quails vancouver" nobody answerd and its been a week, thought this might get some attention

Call Your Game Warden And Ask... That Way You Get Correct Information From The Source That Would Be Issueing Any Citation Or Taking You Into Custody For Any Infractions.

I don't think there are many 'quail people' in your area, at least not any that post on this forum. You could check with your local fish and game (if you have fish and game?) and see what they say. It varies for every state here, we have to check on our F&G websites and even then it's not a sure thing.
