I have two duck and my mom thinks that they are Rouen but I've yet to see a Rouen with a Pom Pom on his head. Apparently it's like a rare thing? Anyone have other opinions?

There are crested Rouens.

Either sex can have a crest. When crossing them it's best that one isn't crested. Crossing two crested can result in homozygous crested which is fatal.
