help please

I had 7 hens but back in febuary I lost one and then last month another one died both hens made like a gurgling noise not a normal hen noise now another hen is making the same gurgling noise and im worried I'm gonna lose another hen or even worse end up losing all hens if anyone has had similar thing happen to them please help

Could be any number of things. How's the ventilation - lack of which is the root of most respiratory problems in new coops.

Ventilation is not a problem they are all free range and have a large open run in were they can roam
