Some mites only come on them at night and hide in crevices around the coop. Could she be broody? Have you checked her crop this morning? If it is full, she may have a crop impaction, since it should be empty in the morning. If you think she is egg bound you might check her vent with a lubricated gloved finger to feel for an egg. They can get so many things wrong that you have to eliminate some things. Coccidiosis can also cause some of her symptoms.

Above post is correct. more clues or symptoms needed to make a guess as to what might be going on.is her breathing normal? Any noise when she breathes? Any sneezing or coughing? Any mucus? Is her crop emptying at night? Is she straining as if to lay an egg? Is she sleepy or lethergic? Are her feathers ruffled? How is her poo? Check her over and please post any findings to these questions. like above post mentioned it could be a number of things have you done a vent exam as above post suggested? More info is needed.if you checked all these things and she seems normal except for sleepiness and lethergic could be coccidosis like above post brought up.cocci can be present WITHOUT having bloody poo. depending on the strain. If it is cocci you would treat with amproilium brand name would be corid or amprol. But please look for other clues or symptoms and see what you can find. Best wishes

Thank you for the replies, sorry I wasn't clear in my first post...
I have just felt her crop and it feels empty, had to feel others for comparison and all the others were a bit fuller and rounder if that makes sense , ....her poo's are watery but then some of my other chickens have the same, she walks slowly and just stands in one place for a while, she's not making much sound, Her eyes look a little bit squinty and tired form time to time.... when i looked at her vent she seems to be straining a little but i couldn't feel anything hard, I have wormed them this month but can't be sure if they all got some of it. I have also checked her feathers for mites but can't see any on her or others, Its starting to get dark here in the uk and we are in waiting for a strong storm, not sure if i should keep her in the coop or in the house (our dog wont like that) Iv only had them for nearly four weeks, i'm gutted really, maybe i should just take her to the vet tomorrow..if she's ok
