help please

don't know if they're ripping out her beard or if it's falling out. how do i fix it or if it's my other girls how do i get them to stop picking at her. just happened last night or this morning

My thoughts are that if the other birds are pecking at her beard, there would be stubs and blood. I might be wrong, however. I there any sort of soothing cream you have to put on the wound?

thank you and i have regular a&d ointment and stuff or i'll just use coconut oil since it's natural and an antiseptic

ok i figured out now that i was watching all 3 of my girls they're actually pulling out their own beards. all 3 of them are doing this now. they take regular dust baths but i know it's been really hot here lately and i recently shaded the coop as much as i could today since the heat is getting excessive. but i don't know why their pulling their beards out
