Is there something wrong with my young BSL hens tail?

Hens/pullets can crow.

You have pullets. (I looked more into it) they have hen-specific coloring.

Plus, black sex link cockerels/roosters will be barred. Your birds aren't barred.
Well if you're correct that's good, this fella won't take kindly to another guy around lol

He appears to have some mottling? (the white spots on his chest)
That must just be the photo I took it a few weeks ago, I don't see anything when looking at him this evening. He's a good boy but he pretends the younger chicks don't exist besides the one who was just trying to crow, she's the only one he interacts with, he just stops her from getting too close to him, and I think it's because she's the top bird in their own little flock, I was starting to get worried that if one did turn out to be a boy they'd never get integrated as one big flock, and even worse that he would start attacking. Hopefully she's just an oddball and he gets used to them all eventually.
