HELP PLEASEE!

I'm looking for a plant that i can give to my hens, that will re-grow the greens every few days so i can feed them daily, on a rotation of 4 or 5 different pots.
Any idea's?

Only thing I can think of is fodder. There are many articles on the web and here on BYC about the subject.
