Help! Pls with pic it's terriable!

I'm sorry about your chicken- one of mine had the same thing only not as bad. I put her in the house , cleaned it , and watched it for signs of infection. She healed faster than I thought and is perfectly fine today.

She must have gotten attacked by the other birds lastnight. We had a bad storm and I think they were freaked out. I have added electrolytes and probiotics to her water. She drank one small drink before I put the stuff in her water.

I don't think she's going to make it.

it looks so bad to me. It looks to be down to her skull and her one eye is completely closed. Not even sure it's still in there.

What can I do for her??? How should I clean it? Should I leave her alone?

Keep her away from the other chickens until she's healed up.
I had another chicken (a hen) whose eye got infected (or something). It swelled up and eventually went down. I think she lost the eye. The eyelid is fused shut, so she's blind on that side. She does alright; she's just easier to sneak up on from the left, especially if I distract her on the right. She free ranges and trucks around the yard with the other chickens like nothing happened.

Both the hen and the chicks healed up great!
I know your girl's got more damage, but I've seen pics on here of worse injuries than this (unless it's down to her brain) and the owners said that the chicken made it just fine. =)

Well I went out to check on her this morning. Thinking the worst happened lastnight....but she was still alive. I hope she will drink alittle more today. She hasn't ate that I can tell. I dropped some mealworms in hoping that she will want those.

You might try something like earthworms or something that you can make move like worms (spaghetti).
I had 6 Cochin Bantam chicks and, when I dropped a piece of spaghetti into their brooder, they'd go crazy for it. For your girl, I would dangle it and kind of try to do something a little like keep-away, to entice her and make her think it's worth keeping from her, but let her have it with little effort.
Also, chickens like peanut butter. You can roll feed or seeds in peanut butter and leave the lump nearby so she can eat it as she feels like it.

Isolate the wounded hen.
you should clean the wound with worm water and antiseptic soap,disinfect with Iodine and spread antibiotic ointment, repeat this daily fir 5-7 days. If the lung is punctured it could be a problem, she will need some vet advice. I would give her some vitamins an electrolytes, and some rich food(crushed boiled egg, some tuna fish) to relief som of her stress levels. In this period I would check the wound daily if You saw any sign of infection, puss, oozing liquids, etc, you should give her some antibiotic orally or by injection. Baytril or Tylan are good choice.

Don't eat the chicken and her eggs if you give her this antibiotics.
