Help plz !

i have 14 jap eggs on day 9 in my incubator temps been around 37-38 on average 40 -50 humidity ok i didnt weigh the eggs when i got and i did today and was 12-13 on average im finding it hard to candle (i have tortoises and they are easy) what r the chances im doing this right ?? and they will hatch:/

That temp and humidity is perfect for chicken eggs. If that's what you're hatching LOL Tortoises?
