Help! Popped but not zipped 24hr

I have a egg that pipped yesterday around 11am and now it’s 2:17pm today and it chirps and wiggles but it made 3 holes and then stopped? Is this normal because there’s still 3 eggs left in incubator that are gonna hatch but haven’t pooped yet what do I do? And I have waited and waited and waited on it to hatch and it hasn’t.

It is time for an assisted hatch. The instructions are in an article. Basically chip a little shell around the beak. Stop if you see blood! That means it isn't ready yet. Another sign it is not ready is if it is still opening and closing its mouth. If it is ready, continue chipping a little at a time. In between give it a chance to finish hatching on its own.
